Healthy Living Consultations involve a holistic, strengths-based approach, where we sit down, one-on-one, get to know you (by identifying your strengths and areas you want to improve on), and work with you to develop your Personal Wellness Plan. Together, we look at your life, your values, vision, habits, what’s working for you and what’s not working – what’s been going well and what areas need some work. We discuss what you want (and what you don’t want), timelines, and what areas you want to focus on. Your Personal Wellness Plan includes your strengths, opportunities for growth, your goals, the steps you are planning on taking to achieve them, what you are going to do every day to stay on track, and resources to tap into to follow through with your Personal Wellness Plan.
While it’s designed as more of a discovery and planning session, your journey to wellness starts here, and you will leave the session with your Personalized Wellness Plan and concrete action steps to improve your life and achieve your goals.

Healthy Living Consultations can be provided wherever you are comfortable… That might be in your home, out in the community, in a mutually agreed upon place, or even using technology (video chat, etc.).
