Recreational Therapy
Recreational Therapy (RT) improves people’s ability to function and be independent by focusing on strengths, promoting health and wellness, and reducing the challenges, limitations, and restrictions people face..
Peer Support
Peer Support is when people with similar lived experiences give each other encouragement, hope, assistance, guidance, and understanding that aids in recovery.
Healthy Living Consultations
Individualized sessions identifying strengths, determining areas of improvement, and setting goals. Personal Wellness Plans are then developed including strategies to achieve goals.
Education and Training
Individual and staff development training, teamwork and teambuilding sessions, conference presentations, workshops, and classes on a variety of topics.

Two of the annual events we provide are the Breakfast with Santa for families of people with special needs and the Inclusive Easter Egg Hunt.
