Our policies are listed below. Please contact us (*Insert *Contact Us link*) if you have additional questions.
Hours:
Our hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, for scheduled sessions only. Sometimes we are open in the evenings for scheduled classes. Please check our calendar (*Insert LINK to Calendar*) for more information and class schedules. We are open on Saturdays for special events, and we are closed on Sundays.
We can also meet with people after 5:00 pm for scheduled sessions, if needed. These hours may vary.
Scheduling Sessions:
Please complete this form (*Insert Link to *Schedule a Session*) to schedule a session. Once we receive your completed form, we will reach out to you to confirm your scheduled session.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you provide a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged the full fee for your session. We do understand that things happen unexpectedly and that emergencies do arise. If we are closed for reasons related to weather or natural disasters (snow or hurricanes, etc.), or medical reasons (illness or injury of staff and/or volunteers, or COVID-19, etc.), and you are not able to attend your scheduled class or session, you will not be charged. Please call as soon as you can to reschedule your session.
When to Arrive:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session time to complete any paperwork (if you have not already completed it). Latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened visits. For your convenience, you may download and complete the forms (*Insert Forms* LINK*) prior to your appointment.
Payment:
We gladly accept cash, checks, Money Orders, PayPal, and Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard). All classes and workshops are to be paid in full two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the course. All sessions are to be paid in full upon completion of that session (or before, if possible). Payments may be made online. Please contact us for information about how to pay online (*Insert LINK about Online Payments*).
Insurance:
We do not currently accept any type of insurance.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
