Introduction to Wellness
The Introduction to Wellness class is just that… an Introduction to Wellness, and so much more. In this class, participants will learn about the different areas of wellness, what recovery is, what people can recover from, the key concepts of recovery, and wellness tools. Participants will also learn how to apply all of these subjects to their lives. The Introduction to Wellness class is for anyone who would like to learn more about the topics of wellness and recovery, and how they can help people to improve their lives, achieve their goals, and have fun while they do it. The Introduction to Wellness is one of the first steps a person can take along their wellness journey.
The Introduction to Wellness class is an interactive single session class that is about 2 hours long. This class is provided for free, however, donations are always accepted to help us to continue to provide classes and other services. Certificates will be provided at the end of the course for those who complete the Introduction to Wellness class.
Classes are also available for teens (6th grade & up) as well as adults. A teen/youth class will be scheduled soon. If you need more information or have questions, please email Melissa Lewis. Thank you!
